We advise all clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These terms are designed to safeguard the Nilam Holmes x Dr. Barbara Sturm clinic and ensure the highest standard of service is provided to each of our clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Nilam Holmes x Dr. Barbara Sturm requires 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments. We appreciate our clients notifying us in advance whenever possible, as our diary is busy and every appointment slot is in high demand. Please note that any late cancellations will incur a charge on your account.

ONLINE DEPOSITS

To streamline the booking process, we require the following deposits:A 20% deposit on all treatments booked. A 25% deposit for new clients to secure your appointment. A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your booking if your account has a history of two or more no-shows.These deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment and will be non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

REFUNDS

All treatments are optional, and by agreeing to treatments, clients accept responsibility for their choices and understand any potential side effects. Refunds will not be provided for adverse reactions if treatments have been performed in good faith. If a client fails to follow aftercare instructions and this affects the treatment outcome, a refund will not be issued.

ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. Lateness may result in your appointment being rescheduled.


CONSENT / CONSULTATION FORMS

When making a booking, we will require a telephone number and email address. An automated consultation form for the treatment booked will be sent to you via email. We ask you to complete this form prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth process.

NOISE LEVELS

We request that all clients keep noise to a minimum during their visit and that mobile phones are switched to silent. You may be asked to take any calls downstairs in the waiting area.

TARIFF

We reserve the right to amend, modify, and alter the pricing for individual treatments and packages without prior notice.

THERAPIST REQUEST

While all staff are trained to provide high-quality treatments, we cannot guarantee your preferred therapist will be available. However, we assure you that all therapists will deliver the same high standard of care.

CHILDREN

For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients, we have a strict “No children” policy in the clinic.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we offer discounted treatments and/or retail through various channels. These are subject to specific terms and conditions, including time, date, availability, and quota restrictions. We reserve the right to withdraw such offers at any time.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon booking, you will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your appointment, followed by a text reminder 2 days before. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any changes to contact details. We recommend clients add their appointments to their personal calendars as a backup.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR TREATMENT

Nilam Holmes x Dr. Barbara Sturm reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone exhibiting aggressive behaviour, gross misconduct, or threatening behaviour. We also reserve the right to decline treatment if we feel it is unsuitable for the client.
