What is XERF?
XERF is a non-surgical radio frequency treatment designed to tighten and firm the skin. It delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin to encourage the body's own collagen production. Over the following weeks, skin can look firmer, smoother and more lifted, with no needles, no surgery and typically little to no downtime.
Why we added XERF to our treatment menu
XERF had already built a strong reputation in the US before it arrived here, and a number of our clients asked for it by name. With over 25 years in aesthetics, we only introduce new technology when we're confident it will add to the results we can achieve. XERF sits naturally alongside our existing skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments, giving our practitioners another option to tailor each plan to the individual.

Nicole has been visiting us for some time. Currently back on tour with the band following a recent run on Broadway and known for her performances on the X factor judging panel. With a busy schedule, Nicole chose XERF with Nilam at Melia. As a non-surgical treatment with little to no downtime, it fits easily around a demanding diary.
Michelle is a long-standing client who has been coming to see Nilam and the team for several years. If you’ve binge-watched a Netflix drama recently, there’s a good chance you’ve seen her. Michelle has starred in several hit series over the years, including Fool Me Once and the hilarious Brassic sky series.
