Is this the same as laser treatment?

No — XERF uses radiofrequency energy rather than light, so it works differently to lasers and won't resurface the skin.

Do I need to plan for downtime?

Is there the option of a course ?

While Clients begin with one treatment to begin with , there is the option of a 2 package course, spaced 4–8 weeks apart — builds the strongest foundation of new collagen. An annual top-up is recommended to help preserve results over time, since XERF resets the clock rather than pausing the ageing process altogether.
