Nilam, the director of the clinic, brings over 25 years of experience and an outstanding reputation in the beauty industry. She specialises in skincare, beauty lasers, permanent cosmetics, and product manufacturing. Known for her extensive knowledge, Nilam has built a prestigious client base that includes several media personalities. She takes pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the highest standards for all clients. A pivotal figure in the growth of HD Brows, she transformed the brow landscape in the UK before launching her own brand, Eyebrow Queen. Nilam regularly travels to London and abroad to cater to her long-standing clientele.

Salon Manager

Michelle is our Clinic Manager and has been with Dermaspa for 7 years, assisting Nilam with on-location clients. With a background as a makeup artist and 22 years of managerial experience across various industries, she possesses extensive knowledge of our treatments. Michelle is dedicated to enhancing the client experience, ensuring every visit is relaxing and enjoyable. Known for her friendly demeanor, she builds strong relationships with clients, greeting them with a smile and a bit of banter. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys long walks, socialising with friends, dining at nice restaurants, and going to the theatre.

Therapist

Jacqui, the most experienced member of the Dermaspa family, brings 30 years of industry expertise, including her time as a clinic owner. With a holistic approach to her treatments, her primary passion lies in skincare. At Dermaspa, she offers a variety of treatments, including her favourites: Collagenwave, Hydrafacial, and Fire & Ice. Known affectionately as the "mum" of the team, Jacqui infuses her nurturing style into every treatment she provides. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her family, especially enjoying moments with her grandsons.

Brett brings over 10 years of experience to Nilam and Dermaspa, specializing in eyebrows, lash lifts, and skin treatments. His career began in brow education, teaching students essential skills in brow design, shaping, hair removal techniques, and the latest trends. At Dermaspa, Brett offers a diverse range of treatments, including brow services, lash lifts, Collagenwave, Hydrafacial, SkinPen microneedling, and laser treatments. He particularly enjoys providing brows and Collagenwave treatments. Outside of work, Brett is a naturally creative individual with a passion for fashion, beauty, interior design, and travel.

Amita is a highly qualified advanced beauty therapist with over 30 years of experience, renowned for her expertise in services ranging from brow shaping to skin treatments, including the innovative Morpheus8. Her extensive skill set encompasses most of the skin treatments offered at Dermaspa. In addition to her role here, Amita is a leading industry educator and has collaborated closely with her sister, Nilam, since the beginning of their journey together. Family-oriented and sociable, Amita enjoys spending time with friends, exploring fine cuisine, and has a deep passion for music.

Therapist

Petra Glos is an experienced Level 4 laser therapist qualified in a range of skin treatments. Currently pursuing her nursing qualifications, she splits her time between the clinic and her placement days at a local hospital. Petra takes pride in delivering state-of-the-art laser treatments and has a passion for enhancing natural beauty. She completed her Level 4 training at London Barn and has earned numerous qualifications in aesthetics, including expertise in one of our leading skin platforms - Harmony XLPro. Outside of her professional commitments, Petra embraces a healthy lifestyle, enjoying running and taking nature trips with her family and dog.

Kym has been a valued member of the Dermaspa team for over 8 years, previously working at a well-established waxing brand in central London. Trained in various sectors, including brows, lashes, laser treatments, and many of the skin treatment brands featured on our menu, Kym is a Level 3 qualified therapist with the knowledge to advise clients on the best treatments for their needs. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband and two children.

Visiting Practitioner

Cathy has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic and medical tattooing and is an elite practitioner and trainer who has worked alongside Nilam for 15 years. Continuously researching products and developing her skills, Cathy collaborates with clients to create beautiful bespoke brows, natural lip blushes, and defined eye enhancements using both microblading and digital tattoo techniques. Balancing a busy diary with family life, she ensures that there is never a dull moment and always finds time to embrace her passions.

Front of House

Susie is a vital member of our front-of-house team, responsible for managing booking procedures and providing valuable insights about the treatments we offer at Dermaspa. With experience in both school environments and hospitality, Susie brings an efficient and organized approach to the team. She ensures that the logistics of the business run smoothly and that we deliver exceptional service to our clients. Outside of work, Susie enjoys long walks, often followed by dinner and drinks at a cozy country pub.

Front of House

Debbie is a member of the Front of House Team at Dermaspa, having worked alongside Nilam for over 15 years, primarily as her Personal Assistant. Recently transitioning to a part-time role in Front of House, Debbie has gained extensive knowledge of our treatments and helps introduce new technologies. She has built strong relationships with clients, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience from beginning to end. Known for her friendly demeanor, Debbie is always on hand to provide support and assistance, making every client's journey through Dermaspa enjoyable.

Emma joined us early last year, bringing experience from a doctor's surgery where she focused on customer care. Her bubbly personality has helped her build wonderful rapport with clients, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Emma is knowledgeable about our skin treatments and manages bookings, providing pre- and post-visit support to enhance the client experience. Outside of work, she is an avid collector and a big movie fan, with an impressive collection of memorabilia.

Magaly, originally from Peru, has been a valued member of our team for nearly three years. Affectionately known as "Maggie" within the clinic, she is a qualified Level 4 therapist with extensive experience in various skin treatments, including Collagenwave, Harmony XL, and AgeJet. Outside of work, Maggie is a dedicated gym enthusiast who enjoys spending quality moments with her son, who has recently graduated from university with top honors.

Indiah joined the team part-time four years ago, quickly advancing her skills after studying beauty and skin at college and becoming Level 4 qualified. She has become knowledgeable about various skin treatments offered at Dermaspa, including laser treatments, HIFU, and AgeJet, and particularly enjoys the consultation process, focusing on how our treatments can enhance clients' skin. A true fitness enthusiast, she loves spending time at the gym and cherishes quality moments with her friends and family.

Bryony joined the team 18 months ago, bringing valuable experience from her previous role as an educator for a well-known nail brand. She has seamlessly integrated her teaching and practical skills into our team, having studied a range of treatments we offer. As a Level 3 qualified therapist, Bryony demonstrates a professional bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable about laser and skin procedures. Outside of work, Bryony enjoys spending quality time with her little boy and partner.
